Terms and Conditions

Booking

When you submit a booking, unless payment is made online at the same time as the booking, you should not take the booking submission as confirmation that a place on the course has been allocated to you. We will send confirmation details to the email address provided on the booking form. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct email address.

Registration information

We will send you the registration information to the email address provided on the booking form. This information will include details on how to access the course. This will be sent to you no later than 7 days before the date of the course. If you have not received the registration information, you should email Mantle at info@mantleco.io

Where the course is a ‘live’ presentation, we will use Zoom. Please ensure that you have the Zoom app or software available on your device before the date of the course. Delegates will be asked to participate during the course, and you should be prepared to do this using the chat facility or microphone option.

Where a course is recorded, the registration information will include the link to the recording. You will need to a device and internet connection that can play recordings.

Fee

The amount you pay to us is the fee described at the point of booking unless we have otherwise agreed a fee with you.

Online payments will be through Eventbrite. We can issue an invoice to you if requested. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of invoice date except where the event date is within the 14 days, when the invoice must be paid before the course commences.

Where you book using a generic email address (i.e. Not a business, charity, or organisation email address), you will be required to pay the full fee within 48 hours of submitting your booking.

The full fee remains payable where a delegate is confirmed and does not attend. In this instance, we are unable to provide refunds.

Late payment

If you pay late we reserve the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the banking base rate and we will charge a late payment administration fee of £25.00. Where an invoice remains unpaid, we will take necessary actions permitted to recover unpaid invoice debts.

Cancellation by Delegate / Refunds

If a delegate wishes to cancel a course, the refunds available will vary depending upon the notice given.

Notice given by delegate prior to course date Applicable fee / options
More than 30 days Delegates may transfer to another course date free of charge. If transferring to another course, where this is more expensive, any additional fee becomes payable. We will invoice you for the balance.

For cancellations, an administration fee of £50 per delegate is charged. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

30 to 15 days Delegates may transfer to another course date free of charge. If transferring to another course, where this is more expensive, any additional fee becomes payable. We will invoice you for the balance.

For cancellations, an administration fee of £100 per delegate is charged. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

15 to 7 days Delegates may transfer to another course date or course however a transfer fee of £100 is charged per delegate, plus any additional fees where the course is more expensive. We will invoice you for these additional charges.

No refund is given for cancellations.

Between 7 days and 24 hours  Delegates can receive a 50% discount when they book another course within 12 months of the original course date.

No refund is given.

Less than 24 hours No transfers or discounts are available.

No refund is given.

Where a delegate chooses to transfer to another course, only one transfer is permitted. If the transfer option is chosen, the delegate will not be entitled to a refund where that later cancel.

Where we are providing the course in-house for your organisation, cancellations are subject to a 25% administration fee where the cancellation is more than 30 days before the course date agreed. No refund is payable for cancellations of in-house training made within 30 days of the course date. In this event, the full fee remains payable.

Delegate substitutes

You can substitute delegates on the same course prior to the course date without charge. If you substitute within 24 hours, it is your responsibility to ensure that the substitute delegate has the registration and connection details.

Alterations or Cancellations by Mantle

It may be necessary to change the content and timing of the course programme, the trainer, or the date where circumstances are beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that Mantle have to cancel a course, full refunds will be provided to all delegates unless the delegate wishes to transfer, free of charge, to another date.

Liability limits

The liability of Mantle will be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid by the delegate. Mantle will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by delegates or their organisations. 

We use reasonable skills, care, and due diligence to provide the course to you. Where we use associates, we will remain responsible for their work during the course. All associates will have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver the course.

Intellectual property

Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, or where we have clearly indicated that another person or organisation owns the intellectual property, we own all intellectual property for the content of our courses and the materials we provide to you. You do not have any rights over the intellectual property except as outlined next.

Delegates may refer to materials we provide to them for their own purpose include their job. You are not allowed to copy, share, amend or otherwise use our materials without our permission.
