For nearly twenty years, I’ve worked alongside purpose-driven organisations, experiencing first-hand the challenges and rewards of leading for social impact. As the founder of A Mind Apart—now thriving for over 18 years—I’ve championed creative solutions that make a difference. My latest venture, ShowFitness®, reflects my ongoing commitment to wellbeing and community, while my leadership journey has also included chairing a charity supporting international projects and holding key leadership roles in other values-led organisations.
I know what it takes to build resilience and achieve financial sustainability, because I’ve done it myself. Alongside this practical experience, I hold a master’s degree in Social Enterprise and Cooperative Management, so you benefit from both academic insight and hands-on consultancy.
